Using the site

The content on this site is for your own use in evaluating and engaging Klimn's products and services. You may not copy, redistribute, or republish it for commercial purposes without permission. The Klimn name, logo, and site content are owned by Klimn.

Tableau and Tableau Exchange are trademarks of Salesforce, Inc. Klimn uses these names only to describe its products and services.

Webinars

Webinar dates and topics may change. If a webinar you registered for moves or is cancelled, you'll hear by email at the address you registered with.

Engagements and products

Anything beyond this site, such as a consulting engagement, a training program, a custom project, or a service agreement, is governed by the specific terms agreed between you and Klimn for that engagement, not by these site terms.

The extensions are covered by the Extensions terms of service, and the Exchange version also by Tableau Exchange's terms. A license for the extensions or Klimn Reports comes with its own agreement.

No warranty

This site and its content are provided "as is." Klimn makes no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific needs.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Klimn is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.
