These terms cover your use of klimn.com, operated by Klimn, a Tableau consultancy based in Dubai. By using the site, you agree to them. They are short because the site is straightforward: it presents my work, and it lets you get in touch.

Using the site

You are welcome to browse the site and to contact me through it. Please use it lawfully and reasonably — don't attempt to disrupt it, misuse the forms, or access parts of it you have not been given access to.

The text, design, and materials on this site are mine unless stated otherwise, and are provided for your information. You are welcome to read and share links to them, but please don't copy or reuse the content as your own without permission.

Engagements and training are separate

This site is an introduction, not a contract. Any consulting engagement, training cohort, or other work is governed by a separate written agreement between us. Nothing on this site is by itself an offer, a price commitment, or a binding promise to provide services. Where a paid cohort is open, the terms of that specific cohort apply to your participation.

No warranty

I keep the site accurate and current as best I can, but I provide it "as is." I don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose, and information here may change without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site. This does not limit anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

The site may link to others I do not control or endorse. I am not responsible for their content or their practices.
