Privacy Policy
klimn.com is operated by Klimn, a Tableau consultancy based in Dubai. This policy explains what information I collect when you use this site, why I collect it, and what I do with it. I keep this deliberately short, because the site collects very little.
What I collect
Information you give me through a form. When you submit the contact form, join an interest list, or — when a cohort is open — apply for a place, I receive what you enter: typically your name, email address, and the details of your message or application. I only ask for what I need to respond to you.
Anonymous usage statistics. I use a privacy-friendly analytics tool to understand how the site is used — which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from. It uses no cookies, does not track you across other sites, and does not collect information that identifies you personally. There is no advertising or behavioural profiling on this site.
I do not collect sensitive personal information, and I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Why I collect it
- To reply to your message and discuss a possible engagement.
- To respond to an interest-list sign-up or application you send me — I read these directly and reply personally.
- To run a training cohort you have applied to, when one is open.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is performing so I can improve it.
I do not sell your information, and I do not send marketing you did not ask for.
Who else handles your information
To run the site and respond to you, I rely on a small number of trusted service providers who process data on my behalf:
- Google — form submissions are recorded in Google Sheets, and my email is hosted on Google Workspace.
- Calendly — if you book a call, Calendly collects the details needed to schedule it.
- Plausible — anonymous, cookieless usage statistics.
- Vercel — hosts the site.
- Stripe — when a paid cohort is open, payment is handled entirely by Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe; I never see or store them.
Each of these handles your data under its own privacy terms. I share information with them only as needed to provide what you asked for, and I may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long I keep it
I keep form submissions and correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to keep reasonable records of an engagement, then remove them when they are no longer needed. Anonymous usage statistics are retained in aggregate and cannot be traced back to you.
Your choices
You can ask me to show you what information I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can withdraw your consent at any time, or ask to be removed from any list you have joined, by emailing me at hello@klimn.com.

I may update this policy from time to time. The current version always lives here, with its effective date below. Material changes will be noted on the site.
